Xaviar, thanks for the compliment. Yes six months from now it is entirely possible that we will look back at this as the event which really helped the company get on track.

I have been told and believe that there are only three causes of upset:

* Thwarted intentions
* Incomplete communications
* Unmet expectations.

I am suffering from at least two of the three right now. By posting here, I am attempting to deal with upset cause #2. That is all I can do right now.

This is the real world and this type of thing has to be expected. But that does not mean that I should be happy about it.

Now who would offer 800,000 shares for sale? If this is correct i.e. a single large seller of 800,000 shares, then we have a lot of MM's with a lot of extra shares they don't want. Did Mr. G sell a lot of his shares? How would anyone react that quickly unless they at least knew of the possibility of this "separation"?

X-Man you said verbatim;

<< I was the first to state that any conclutions we draw right now are based on pure speculation.>>

If the keeper of the History of Silicon Investor were not indulging in a beer chaser by the mail slot of the FBN mail room, virtually near the first arch of the Mala Strana side of the Charles Bridge, where they serve great hot rum, gratis for him...I would propose the following pure speculation to him (Josef Svejk) for claim on behalf of all contributory Accumed posters of Friday evening/Saturday morning.

That being that; we as due diligence researchers may have through our postings of Friday evening...brought to the attention of the then presiding CEO, a scenario so filled with gloom (because of our research posting of all the new entrants into the field) that he walked into AccuMed this morning and turned in his resignation as a result of such newly uncovered looming competition.

I do believe that since we are talking about "pure-speculation" that we should carefully consider the possibility that this is a viable possibility. As such...I do believe we should claim the right through SI's Josef Svejk keeper of the History of SI,...who right now is indulging in a beer chaser by the mail slot of the FBN mail room, virtually near the first arch of the Mala Strana side of the Charles Bridge, where they serve great hot rum, gratis for him...when he returns in two weeks.

What do you think Cisco?
