You sure get the impression that PDG thought they were pulling a fast one and it backfired. Ve. is probably better off without them considering their environmental record in mumerous countries.

They should have the right to sue the CVG. The question is what did placer know and when. It just shows that title is not secure in that country. Why would anyone go there and invest?
