Exactly, what kind of common stock are we talking about? Is this restricted stock? If so, then the purchaser of this stock might also be limited how he may sell his shares. Will there be an IPO for L3? If so, will holders of this currently outstanding stock have an opportunity to participate in the offering with their shares? Would appreciate any feedback by someone familiar with this issue?
