I cannot challenge what was presented today. It was horrendous. I will be shocked if the jury doesn’t throw the book at the cop. If I were on the jury I would be leaning guilty at this point. The chance for an acquittal hinges on whether the jury can be shown that the medical details are beyond the expected awareness of a police officer. But even with my extremely limited knowledge, it is hard for me to understand why an ambulance wasn’t called long before he died. I see it as a mistake in judgment by the cop. I wish I believed that about he murder of Ashli Babbitt.
