Fair enough. Lumber over $1200 today and last week I was impressed with your $1100 figure. At these lumber prices it is fair to say that RFP and WFG are significantly undervalued. I guess the crux of the matter is what is the long term average price of lumber going to be? A good first half of 2021 may already be baked into the stocks and output gains start to rebuild stockpiles after homebuilding dies down later this year? I bought a little RFP and WFG recently but will need to keep an eye on the lumber prices. I think I probably maybe should be able to sell them higher this summer. :-)
