There is a very unusual chart formation that has occurred on ULBI since the first of the year. If there are any TA experts out there, could you please make a comment.

I'm pretty sure that ULBI is closer to mass production. ULBI will be the first one to market with decent quantities of batteries. The stock is dead right now on no volume and no news. They are working hard to make batteries right now. News will be forthcoming when there is something concrete to say.

ON a % basis, sure ULBI is better. BUT, Days O/S and % of total shares O/S result in ULBI getting killed! VLNC is only 1 day and ULBI is 24. Also, ULBI has 7 times the # short than VLNC but less shares O/S. All in all, people are still much more *pessimistic* on ULBI than VLNC.
