And there's no indictment until there is evidence of a crime and a grand jury says so. There are lots of reasons why that might not have happened yet if at all. Keep your pants on. I cannot understand how he can at once look at the Chauvin trial and the refusal to grant due process for the Babbitt killing and say that one is good and the other is bad. They have next to nothing to do with each other. The only thing they have in common is that someone was killed by a cop. Perhaps it's just that your friend can think critically.
