There are lots of reasons why that might not have happened yet if at all. Keep your pants on. That is true. And I will keep my pants on. But we've had an artificial statement from god-knows-who claiming the "investigators" say there is no there there. This is a bright red flag indicating they're trying to make it go away. The ultimate decision is up to the US Attorneys but we know how THEIR track record is in hyper-partisan matters. Don't count on them. There is no legitimate reason for due process not having been pursued to this point. Other than to give the public time to forget about it. You and I both know the game here is backburner it until no where cares anymore. And that's what is happening at this point. Then, the US Attorneys can waltz out and say, "Nothing to see here."
