I questioned you for a link because the last I saw it was still pending questioning the number. Does not look like the court ordered it but that's a technicality.

Found this interesting bit in the article you posted:

In 2018, the report showed 127 dead people on the voter rolls were recorded as having voted in Pennsylvania. That’s 50 fewer than the 177 dead Pennsylvanians credited with voting in the 2016 election.
We have so little info on the size of the problem. That's a half of a percent. Too many, on one hand. Not enough to matter, on the other.

Was not court ordered, you're correct. But it was necessary to file suit to get these idiots off their butts on removing thousands of dead people from voter roles. Not the same as votes, of course, but massive security holes.

Who knows what else is out there.
