You don't have to eliminate the essential elements of government to run it more like a business, where judgment is deployed rather than clumsy legal processes.

The problem here is Democrats. I believe in the process of debating legislation, but I don't believe in the process of manipulating voters. Because of Democrats in politics, specifically because that element, we have no honesty in politics. The latest example:

Human Infrastructure.

That term is close to what Orwell referred to as "DOUBLESPEAK". That is, one word that means two polar opposites at one time. Humans are, by definition, NOT infrastructure.

Infrastructure: n. the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities (e.g. buildings, roads, power supplies) needed for the operation of a society or enterprise.

By its very definition, NOT "humans".

These people are such liars, and they do it because their following is so easily flim-flammed.

If you could run it like a business, it wouldn't be the government. Different paradigms.

No kidding. Which is why every time we get an administration that wants to "run government like a business", we wind up with a lot of those businessmen in court or in jail. Because businesses can be run like authoritarian dictatorships. Now you can run government that way, but historically that tends to turn out badly.

Calling Trump a 'businessman' is an insult to businessmen.
