where judgment is deployed rather than clumsy legal processes. By clumsy legal processes do you mean laws? Those legislatures are supposed to represent us. We vote for them. I knew that you were into voter suppression and were anti-democracy but I thought you wanted your guy to authoritatively determine the laws, not get rid of them altogether. Seriously, one aspect of running the federal government like a business would mean having a board of directors numbering in the hundreds. The best corporations would be done in by that challenge.
