MESSAGE TO SAMMASTER...

YET MORE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

1) Imminent

#2) yes $10 +

#3) yes $14 +

2) Re R&D etc ...you need to check with DCI/Joe Murphy.

3) Yes its coming....

4) A telecommunications switch (in the WORLDPASS case it is called a HARRIS SWITCH) is a system by which calls are "switched" form one source inbound (such as freephone access for phonecards) to an outside line which is in effect either 1+ or 011+ to any destination the world over. Like any other business, the more calls sent over the switch, the lower operating costs per minute, and of course the lower the cost of buying the minutes from the air time carriers such as AT&T or Sprint etc...
The company will now evaluate the cost savings factors of "switching:" the Canadian calls via the Harris Switch located in WORLDPASS., taking into account the larger volume of minutes created by the consolidation of the 2 businesses.
(FYI, the Canadian government has passed legislation allowing cross border switching of air minute traffic, effectively de-regulation as of this year.)

Hope above clarifies your questions.
