I think so. But I don’t think the studies exist. So, if you do it, you’re on your own.

There is one more complicating issue - antibodies fade away. What stays is long term immunity - the immune memory, which enables people to start producing antibodies very promptly, even within hours. THAT is the one that needs to be tested. The technology for the test exists, and there are companies working on it — but I’m not aware of those tests being commercially available.

I think it will take a long time - longer than it should - until long term immunity tests are available and proper studies are conducted. Vaccine makers would put themselves out of business if half the population or more do not need their shots.
