This appears to be what Trump was warning about.

.......it's beginning to look that way...........it just makes no sense to me to put 20 apartments on that corner........there's nothing there and it is all lowland with a creek flowing thru that feeds a trout stream.......20 families in the middle of no where on well and septic in a area that floods?????........sheer madness.............of course, if there is govt. enticement here, it will become obvious when these apartments get rented out...............because the plan would only be complete if lower income (think minority) renters occupy those apartments.............so the key will be to expose this plan (if there is one) BEFORE it gets implemented. I tuned in to one of the Planning Board's ZOOM meetings recently on a different project and it was obvious to me the board is dominated and led by a couple of libtards.......so I would not be surprised at all if this whole deal is a set up and the govt. is behind it with some kind of financial carrot for the town..........turns out that all the adjacent property is either owned by one owner (Milton Alley family who owns that Agway farm supply store on the other corner) or the Town of LaGrange. I heard the Alley family is getting out of NY and the town of LaGrange is a libtard Nirvana.......so it ALL just fits together so very well..............I need to find out if there were zoning changes to allow these apartments as I thought that area was zoned for only low density single family homes. I still can't believe this is happening already....and in my town!
