A well-argued article, up to a point. But let's remember: we're dealing ONLY with allegations here. Let's bear in mind the New York Times's story from yesterday: that Jones's lawyers--over the course of years--have been unable to find a single woman (apart from Flowers) willing to testify that she had an affair with Clinton. If he's really had it on with "hundreds", wouldn't at least one or two be willing to talk?

If Ms. Lewinsky and Ms. Willey's allegations involved Bill Gates instead of Bill Clinton, does anyone have any doubt that the Justice Department and the EEOC would take swift, strong action?

Excuse me. Gates's former girlfriend, now wife, was his employee. Presumably they began an affair before they decided to marry. Did anyone get upset? Of course Melinda never alleged harassment, but for that matter Willey or Lewinsky haven't, either.

Way too many seemingly responsible journalists are jumping to conclusions, and paying insufficient attention to the very few provable facts currently available.
