Warp Speed was Trump. It was Trump saying, "We have to do this faster. How can we make this happen faster." If that phrase hadn't happened, Warp Speed wouldn't have happened. Lives wouldn't have been saved -- not in the US, not throughout the world. Trump, and no one else, took that risk. Trump is a man who presided over losses of life proportionally far in excess of those experienced world wide. The only thing he was good at is bragging with words at a microphone, words that turned out to be little more than farts in the wind of history. He deserves blame, not credit...the science of mRNA predates him by three decades...we are lucky by way of timing, not anything trump did than any other administration would have done in the same circumstances...the people who really deserve credit are getting none from you...not surprising, you utter, completely polluted demagogue.
