It is interesting that the Ontario lockdown is more severe than the Quebec lockdown..

Quebec though has a curfew... and is doing far and away better than Ontario.. which has been slip sliding away fast since I started looking at comparative numbers about 2 months ago...

Again while QC population is only about 60% of Ontario.. Ontario is seeing 3-4 times more cases... Quebec had been the Covid sick man of Canada..and was about 25K cases ahead of Ontario some two months ago... Now Ontario has surpassed Quebec by more than 120K cases in a short time..

again you can get your haircut in Quebec.. not in Ontario.. Home Depot in Quebec has in store shopping .. only curbside pickup of online purchases in Ontario... Seems the curfew is preventing a lot of unrecomended social gatherings and spreading ...

Toronto hospitals are overwhelmed and shipping patients elsewhere...

welcome to the Big Smoke...

OK.

Here it is again. Worth a second posting anyway.

Lockdowns are counter productive.

Clearly explained here. This is a very good analysis.
