It would be nice then if everyone was convicted of a felony....
I have a friend that claimed he was injured at work, then confessed it was not at work. It was an expensive operation to his knee. They charged him with a felony and made him repay almost 100k dollars. His big concern is that he can't legally get a Fishing License.

The things lost to felony iirc are: fire arms, hunting/fishing licensee and the right to vote edit, also to be on a jury. I did start voting several years after my felony. In some ways it makes me want to say FU to the government, stop voting ...etc, it would please the Republicans.

I think every law abiding citizen should be allowed to have a pistol or shotgun for home protection and a hunting rifle, there is no need for anyone other than the military or police to have semi automatic weapons with large magazines.
