If somebody came up to me at my house and said the title of this property belongs to me and he said this after he watched me invest in a new roof, floor etc, I would kick him off the property after a boot in the ass.

Which is probably why you're going to lose your shirt backing PDG.

From your posts it is abundantly clear that you don't have a clue to what you're talking about in the legalities of this case. Strongly suggest you do some homework.

Ciao.

Burnt offering: I think PDG went ahead after their lawyers told them they were on firm ground. They had bribed the wrong group.
I suspect it will come to some good financial accomodation with KRY, as the best way to use what is there from PDG is to get them involved.
If they try to skin PDG of their material investment there will be years of lawsuits that will delay things as PDG can point to rulings(early ones) in its favor as a defense against KRY taking the stuff they left behind. PDG can also keepits data if not accomodated.

the big problem is PDG might be pig headed, and thatbwould stall negotiations.
