Fulvio, KRY will win, and PDG will not be able to kick KRY off at all. PDG is kicked off. Drilled hole data can be withheld and PDG physical assets can be removed by PDG, as they are not the property of KRY, but that is all PDG can do. I suspect there are few permanent structures built by PDG on the site, and any trailers, rigs, prefabs are removable.

If the drill data etc and other work PDG has done is valuable it is something they can negotiate with. However Barrick might make a better deal, just to give PDG a black eye, and PDG will have no choise but to take it's stuff away and cry out in ineffective anguish.
The only thing that will delay KRY is if they try to steal PDG assets and PDG gets a court order and a lawsuit develops and they get it frozen for 2-3 years. rather than risk that KRY should let them go with whatever they can take ASAP.

I am amused that you might lead us all to believe that "you do understand the legalities of this case". Nobody understands the legalities of this case, NOBODY. Your assumption and belief is no more the truth than any others opinion.

The truth is "you do business in these BANANNA Republics" at your own risk. You only have clear title in these countries as long as you don't discover too much of whatever you are looking for!!

All companies go into these 3rd world countries with the objective of attaining clear title. It is stupid to assume that PDG didn't "think" it had clear title. But because the bureaucracy in these countries are so screwed-up nobody can be assured of "clear-title".

When this is all done and over with, either PDG will have clear title or KRY will have clear title. The winner will probably have the "ONLY" clear title DEED in Venezuela.

By the way don't assume for a minute that your "shirt" can't be lost backing KRY. It is a role of the dice, as it always has been. The dice just haven't come to rest yet !!

Ademas yo no tengo acciones en Placer Dome entonces I am not going to my shirt. I have family living there Pendejo.
