george,

Well if I were a betting man, I'd bet on DCI. The registration of shares has nothing to do with the selling of shares. Look for yourself to see if any 144's have been filed by any of these people to sell their shares. I think not. As agreements are made between DCI and the takeover party part of that agreement is that the shares are registered by a certain date. That is all that this is and nothing more.

Bruce

Well,

As far as Muller goes, if you recall, I asked Joe Murphy very directly about Muller and the closing of the deal. He responded that we closed the deal and Muller WAS NOT SELLING. With Mr. Murphy telling us that is good enough for me to be convince Muller is NOT one of the sellers. Anyone, anyone....

You guys are no help!!!!!!!! gg
My post #4271 listed the names of all the people whose shares were registered last October, some 2,200,000 shares in all. Who on that last is considered to be an insider and who is not?

I understand that Muller may have said at one time that he wasn't selling his shares. But the price has dropped about 50% from what it was when he said that. Maybe he changed his mind?

It's obvious that we haven't seen 2,000,000 hit the market in the last couple of months, but if a couple of the larger holders on that list have decided they want out, then they could be part source of the problem. Anyone??????

The list again:

Robert Muller 981,053
Dan Mulholland 240,000
Claude Dominique 200,000
Excalibur Ltd. 136,363
Partnership
Anthony Heller 295,454 Jefrob Glorich 40,909 Jay Smith 72,727
Donald Mactaggart 200,000
Lois Morris 14,706
