FY end was January 31, 1998. Their last 10-QSB was for the quarter ended October 31, 1997 and was filed on December 11th (~ 5 weeks later). Based on this, and factoring in the fact that they have to combine the financials of the two companies, I would guess not until the end of March at the earliest(~ 8 weeks). This is just a semi-educated guess on my part.
