You're right. Silly girl, if she'd only used a gun, probably she'd have got off on manslaughter, diminished capacity. We must all bear it in mind. Certainly most murderers DO use more conventional weapons, and aren't condemned to death.

Some out there seem to be losing sight of the fact that dead is dead, however it may happen.
