The government ALWAYS has money if society is stable.. US has that plus a nuclear sub fleet that can kill the world,, I laugh at Russia having most nukes.. US has most EFFECTIVE nukes and MOST effective delivery ... Nuke sanctions in reality ALWAYS leave US in control ...That is exactly why China is NOT concerned with first strike.. if someone is stupid enough to do a Slim Pickens ..
