Well, If I read the filing correctly, our friends at First Wilshire sold over 200k shares. See Item 5 and notice that the box is checked. If I recall, First Wilshire held around 500K shares. Item 5. If this statement is being filed to report the fact that as of the date hereof the reporting person has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the class of securities, check the following. [ X ] Just want people to understand what this is all about. I think this is the reason APCO has stalled recently. But now it should definitely trade more freely. Mike
