Well,

If I read the filing correctly, our friends at First Wilshire sold over 200k shares. See Item 5 and notice that the box is checked. If I recall, First Wilshire held around 500K shares.

Just want people to understand what this is all about. I think this is the reason APCO has stalled recently. But now it should definitely trade more freely.
