Indeed, he is very, very good.

Because of the improper precautions known to exist in the Wuhan Institute of Virology as well as the tell-tale signs showing gain-of-function work, I am convinced that an accidental leakage took place.

But the work being done at Wuhan was partially funded by the US via the NIH. The outfit (Daszak’s group) that served as the conduit for the cash received Pentagon money as well as NIH cash. I have not seen any proof that Pentagon funds were actually used at Wuhan, but it is certainly possible. And, of course, the Chinese also funded the work. Being in situ and in control of the scientists, the CCP probably directed the nature of the work that was done. The work was presumptively ‘defensive’ in nature but we all know that in biological warfare matters, there is a very hazy line between ‘defensive’ and ‘offensive’ work. I am sure the Chinese were delighted to have American help.

Science magazine reported on the gain-of-function work at Wuhan in 2015. The State Dep’t warned of loose containment standards in two 2018 cables. Red flags and red alarm lights were flashing like crazy.

In other words, we partially funded Wuhan (possibly with Pentagon money), were warned of loose containment procedures, and knew that gain-of-function work was being done.

There is no getting around it: all of this happened during the Obama and Trump administrations.

Fast forward to Biden’s Presidency. He shuts down the investigation Trump started on the origins of the virus. Obama shrewdly stays quiet, Trump not so much. The way I see it, Biden has actually done Trump a favor because the 2018 State Dep’t cables warning of problems at the lab were written during Trump’s administration. Although Obama is vulnerable as well, Trump is definitely at risk politically on the issue.

Who benefits by shutting down the investigation? Trump and Obama, obviously. Perhaps the Pentagon if the funds ($40 million) it gave Daszak’s group were used at Wuhan. If Pentagon funds were used, who will ever ask the question that matters, namely, what in the f*** were you guys thinking when you gave funds to an outfit that in turn funded research work that could lead to biological weapons that could be used against us? In a lab known to be unsafe?

Is there a huge scandal present? Oh, yeah, in my opinion it is huge. It implicates everyone, the Chinese, Trump, Obama, possibly the Pentagon. I think that’s why Biden is trying to squelch things. If Obama were not at risk, the investigation would likely not be shut down. And because it also implicates Trump and therefore hurts the GOP, don't expect any Republicans to make any noise.

It is the perfect storm of a scandal: everyone is at risk, therefore no one will pursue the truth so that responsibility can be assigned.

Here is another great piece from Husseini. I am glad that someone so talented if focusing on biowarfare issues as it seems that the participants are playing with fire. As usual, greed is running over good sense.

husseini.posthaven.com

Husseini's piece is a must read for anyone who wishes to think about these things.

He makes it clear that bioweapon research has increased significantly, that there is a lot of new money in it, that there are many new facilities being built in heavily populated places, and that the scientists who are being recruited do not have significant experience with containment procedures. There have been lots of underreported cases.

It is a serious problem because the genetic science has advanced so significantly.

It seems that humanity won't die off in a nuclear conflagration but as a result of some idiot (or terrorist) letting loose a pathogen we cannot control.

COVID was a warning shot, a simple canary in the mine. Frankenviruses could kill all of us.
