TC, Let us not put too much emphasis on the wording of the letter. I, honestly, thought it was a phony when I read that "the company holds itself out to be". I mean, really, what's wrong with "purports to be"? Was the letter written by an intern? (No Clinton jokes, please). Really, I have a hard time looking at the exact phrasing of the letter and I think the constant reference to it is irrellevant. Regards, AD
