Well, both fit the category of "checkered past and history of questionable corporate business claims"

In the case of RMIL, the pathetic state of the company will likely be the over riding factor in the outcome of the squeeze (i.e. no money, no revenues, no business, no shares trading, no squeeze). Sad but honest fact.
