You don't understand. Placer will sue Venezuela not KRY. The fight is not with KRY it is with the government.They are taking away the title.

Stalling the project what a joke.

Placer needs watching. They drilled off the property. KRY did not. Who needs to be watched is KRY.

Bill, I don't see where PDG will ever have any claims against KRY.
PDG made a faulty deal with CVG and the struggle should be between the two of them if any, and from what I understand PDG thought they were getting away with something through CVG so they probably won't have a claim there either. PDG was warned by KRY and the PDG lawyers.
They blew it.
