The goverment might well refuse to be sued. Many governments have statutes that stop it. If KRY wins completely the only grounds PDG to sue will be on loss of surface assets basis. So give them back and make PDG go away. However i suspect this is such a hot potatoe that the Ven government will accede to a compromise by fiat. Bill

Hello charred; Interesting name?? Can you explain to me how a company can spend $50 million dollars, pushing a bulldozer around clearing a few trees and building a couple of out houses?? And before you get silly on me, I happen to be a shareholder in both company's?? I will help a bit so you can try to figure this out, PDG claimed last fall to have spent 60 million on Las Cristinas, and now suddenly with their most recent report they have increased to 110 million, HMMMM!! 50 million since last fall, and they haven't been doing squat on the property. There total budget for exploration if I remember correctly last year was 115 million.....HMMMM!!! something is not adding up, I will say now that this last figure is from memory so it may be wrong, but it was a few of the figures that PDG has released recently that don't seem to add up. Why does IM have title to the property, as published in the Official Gazzetta?? Why on three occasions did CSJ, rule in favour of I.M.? Why did PDG procede with their exploration when they new that title was in jeapordy? Why is it that PDG never told their shareholders they only had a work contract?? Why did the head geologist for PDG's Las Cristinas project quit?? Only one of the biggest possiblle mining projects to come on stream in SA?? Why is it that the CVG, is embroiled with problems in just about everything they are involved with?? Why are there legal documents from PDG's own lawyers stating that there would be problems because title of the property was absconded by the CVG from Inversora Mael??? Why on blind faith did PDG proceed with this project on the word of the CVG with all of their empty promises?? Why is it that KRY is presently the only foriegn mining company that is producing gold at the moment?? Why is it that you know absolutely nothing regarding Messerrs Robert Fung, Robert Nihon, Marc Oppenheimer?? Why is it that KRY pays above average wages for the locals, and you say that they are not good for Ven,?? Why is it that you have suddenly showed up here trying to act like the white night for PDG and Venezuela? Why are you a asking so many questions and not being able to answer any?? Why did you ever come here to begin with and start this useless tirade??.....Just because KRY has had a nice run...?? Why am I wasting all this band width on you? Oh just to let you know, I do know a few people down that way, and like they said, "The family's that rule in Venezuela will have the day??" With regards, Frank P.S.
