Moments ago I spoke with Tamir, the ceo. He denies going to second
offering. He says that if he goes it will not be at 18, 20 or 22
prices as it is lately.
I asked about The distributor agreement he said "wait, as you see, it is very hot now".(Microsoft/Compaq/Intel about DSL).
Well , if TI took the small competitor at above 400m I understand his take on the stock price.

why do a secondary to raise cash for shopping? why not just do stock-for-stock swaps? ORCTF stock looks like pretty good currency to me, for all the reasons you have documented.
