Price Action Man, I don't think this is the question of "hands on" or "hands off" approach. This is a question of whether or not the info should be prereleased by managements. And I worry about not flippers, or shorters, or long-termers or day traders. I worry about obeying all SEC laws. Because if they are violated (with the TOO MUCH info from mngmt), the company will be in trouble legally, and nobody (exept shorters) would like that.

I want to note that I trust Joe and Michael, and I HOPE that they know the limit on what and when they can say. I VERY MUCH HOPE that they remember that they are walking a damn thin line every time when they prerelease 10k+ 14k+ and alike info...

Yeah, I know that SI is a public forum. But does SEC agree? To my knowledge, there is no clear ruling on this one yet!

Musya.
