That was my guess but I'd like to see it in writing. Also, how is that overhead spread?

here is also another cost, lost opportunity cost, of turning a factory that makes a drug with an 80% margin for one with a 0% margin... sort of like saying you are OK paying the CEO to go work for a charity for a year and let the company run itself... When ALL the companies of the US were converted to supporting the war effort during WWII, everyone was fine with it, but if only Pfizer and Moderna shareholders have to convert our factories to fight the COVID war effort, then I'm not OK with that... I'd rather see Pfizer and Moderna shareholders get some profits from the others via higher prices for the vaccines in exchange for not converting all US manufacturing into "non-profit" companies. Get it?
