Hi DLO,
I couldn't resist! I parted with 7% of my shares in VTSS at $49-3/8! On a LIFO basis that's over 40% since my last buy at $35 in mid December. I'd have to dig into the paperwork to see just what the FIFO gain would be. I'm smiling, however!

That sale put my cash reserve back to about 40% of the total value of my VTSS account. The cash will just have to sit there and earn 5% until I get a chance to put it back to work (around $36 is my next buy price).

Best regards, Tom

Duane:

Sorry for the delay to your query. Was skiing at Breckenridge.

I do not have any thoughts regarding VTSS's ability to convert and/or assimilate SiGe. S&P Outlook and Value Line continue to say great things about VTSS. VL safety rating is 4. VL also identifies only 293 employees and 565 stockholders. So we are among the select few to hold the stock.
Off record, I worked at GE and spent many a summer in Stillwater and St. Paul. Regards
