I hear stuff that makes me want to retch:

1. Once all the convertible debt is converted, Lenox will have about 10 million shares outstanding! This implies that the great minds have given us a large dilution when the stock price is at a multiyear low.

2. The revenue numbers for individual quarters in 1997, when summed, are less than the revenue numbers for the year end.

3. The revenue we were told was not included in 1996 (to be seen in 1997) is not in the figures for last year.

Point 1 is a sin but not a crime. If idiotic dilution continues, I suggest we look into whether the same can be said for items 2 and 3... and 4 and 5 and 6.
