From the standpoint of a pure value play, it just doesn't get any better than this cooled off stock. Every fundamental is very strong (i.e Price/book, Price/Sales, current ratio, etc) The only thing is the whole dark cloud hanging over the fiber industry. This is further compounded by no press releases from SPTR recently. So, nobody has any idea how bad it really is. I look at it this way, the potential for a 4-5 point upside is much better than even a 2 point downside.
