The Patriots could never have envisaged something as fundamentally absurd as the nonsense you are promoting. Those patriots didn’t approve of slavery but understood the necessity of the compromise. Yet, they’d never have compromised the property of future generations of Americans as you have suggested. It is nothing short of dumb.
