I think you may a point. If so at least management is watching the stock price. All the rah-rah about the stock reaching $5 on its ascent could have its counterpart upon reaching $5 on its descent, driving many potential players out of the game. If this descent continues below $5, many investors will rethink their commitment to the long term and start to think of conserving their assets. This is a crucial time, notwithstanding Jim's blind support of this stock. His reading of the chart and mine have not coincided. Certainly the day-to-day trading of recy has been characterized by daily attrition.

I hope the market sees this acquisition in a positive light. If not, then things will be looking down, not up.
