I'm confused by this announcement. Those that listened to the conference call saw a picture painted of major recycling companies coming to RECY wanting to be part of "the team" helping RECY add another $600 million in "run rate" by the end of the year.

In contrast, we have a "peanut" company ($5 million) announcement, a far cry from the $170 million Mindis closing that we'd been expecting.
It would take 120 of these "peanut" companies to reach their announced yearend target.

RECY has yet to announce earnings for the quarter ended Dec. and had some serious operational problems in the previous quarter. The last thing they need to announce now is another "peanut" acquisition that makes investors think about the earlier smaller acquisitions that were described as not as good quality as the new group.

This is all my interpretation only, but it bothers me for some reason.
