Timand All, Just spoke with Alex a few minutes ago and this is not all that is to be announced. They will be announcing more acquisitions shortly but he will not tell me when. To put this in perspective I spoke with him about six o'clock last evening and he would not tell me about todays announcement. Tom Wein plans to be at one billion by years end and this comes up every time Alex and I speak. As there is nothing I have been told by them that has not come to fruition, I am using this as an opportunity to add to my position. In a personal opinion context, I asked if the earnings estimates were accurate for them from Wm. Smith and was told that they seemed very conservative. Grammy

Moderate but positive buying interest in the first half hour. We will see if some momentum is generated. I hope so. Jack
