I agree w/ C2, that there should be an assignment of responsibility, but irrespective of origin as that is murky and non-objective, for even scientists argue over the origin, never mind the political sorts. How else can might responsibility be parceled out. H1N1 supposed originated from Mexico but popularized elsewhere. How should responsibility be assigned? I do not know. I wait for the news flow to suggest possible ways of attribution. Am suspicious that news shall likely flow that way, for attribution. You might believe it all a waste of time. I am sure there are enough others believe otherwise. Let’s see. As noted all along the way, I would like to know the truth and / but at this juncture I know not very much.
