We are in McMinnville, OR, via Airbnb, to avoid the summer desert temps. It cost us $7200 including ABNB fees for the 3 month stay, a drop in the bucket for all the money we have saved for not having to pay State capital gains taxes. You would probably be in the top 4% by now if you didn't have to pay that 9.3% CA tax. But you live wherever your Master Corporation tells you to live.
