besides the German government (and not the political parties) admitting wrong, I do not recall any political party admitting any wrong at any time as a matter of habit.

As I do not know, and so I highlight hedge words.

Addressing shared interest in solving problems... is more important than obsessing over details...

If hypersensitive about admitting that problems exist to be solved... ?

Then, you have to move on along that line... to synch perception with the proper reductionist/holistic locus in best seeing the origin of THAT problem...

And, that means ending in "can't get there from here"... in the context we're considering...

So, I think there are obvious paths to take that do enable avoiding conflict...

And I think those paths will not be taken, but will avoided...

The USA is falling all over itself apologizing for all things racial, cultural, and economic. To the point it has become a bad habit.
