This is the same guy's latest post on Yahoo:

"There is WCII news as of after close Wed. I dont have it something on buy out rumors and 50 price, Also says could be bought ou by next week! "

Regulars know this, but others, please take rumors like this with a grain of salt. We've seen them before, and we'll see them again. Just trying to keep people up to date with what's being said. This guy may have just gone long and wants to run the price up a little. I haven't seen any action in the options to say any thing is happening. But you never know.

Stock's not making any sense again. Hit 37 7/8, up almost 2.

Europe - 24-26 GHZ

My understanding of the European Market is that
they are currently using heavily the 24 to 26
Ghz band for wireless local loop bypass. The
38 GHZ band is fairly wide open and easier to
get licenses in Europe. Also at the higher
frequency the distance is reduced somewhat
compared to 24 to 26 Ghz. Also the higher
frequency requires more direct line of sight.
Just some thoughts,
