What do you guys make of my modified BB?
I've been toying with some ideas around Bollinger Bands and the new code is shown in the chart below. The Green/Blue/Red lines are my custom BB. The brownish yellow lines are the standard BB.

My goal is to see if (1) I can improve on near term stop and target prices based on the bands. And (2) if I can use the divergence of the bands as an indicator. But now it seems to me that crossover and/or divergence with the traditional BB could also be an indicator.

I'd be curious if you think there is any merit to this. One of the key differences between my BB and the standard one is that the way the bands expand and contract is different.

Be brutally honest.

PS The way I have set up the MACD in the chart, it can be used as an overbought/oversold indicator. When it is as overbought as it is now, subsequent rises are in question.
