All of this goes to the comments yesterday of NEA and AFT presidents stating they will provide legal funds to support teachers who violate the law by teaching CRT illegally.

As I have said before, those funds would be needed to support teachers who ARE ACCUSED OF violating the law. Unless you think that no teacher would ever be falsely accused by people who don't understand the subject well enough to differentiate a violation or who don't care if their complaint is apt but just want to score some points in the culture wars.

I am not claiming that no teacher would ever violate the CRT law, only that gathering funds for legal defense does not demonstrate that anyone intends to flout the law, as you have apparently and illogically concluded.
