Thanks for these updates.

I take no notice of any Covid regulations where possible. I have not used a hand sanitiser yet, and have no intention of using any, as I have not approved the materials used. I use ordinary soap at home, and clean my hands at the usual intervals and especially before food preparation.

I rub my eyes a lot as I have difficulty believing what I am seeing.

I wear a mask where expected or requested, just not to cause a fuss. If the "all clear" is given I will be one of the first people to dump face masks and hopefully never be forced to use them again.

As far as I am concerned, Covid regulation pushers are criminals that need to be rounded up and put into compulsory re education camps. Only to be released after passing Covid 19 re education test and signing register and swearing oath never to promote untested vaccines or unscientific regulations on people again.

I have D3 (25ug) which I try and take one tablet every day. I err on the downside though as I would rather take too little rather then accidently double the dose. I put an entry in my diary when I take a dose.

Don't have Zinc. I will look to see whats out there. I was taking a multi vitamin tablet, that did have zinc, but those have all gone. Thanks for the timely reminder.

Focused on eating a wholesome varied diet, physical exercise, low stress, and good sleep. It's doing OK so far.

I did join a mens group. That seems to be something that is approved, and we are working on a twirly thing, An 1850's twirly thing powered by water, broken after floods last year.

That should keep me amused until the world economy turns for the better -g-
