Franklin Telecom announced a contract to provide
Internet service to GTE Information Systems of
Westlake Village, California, a division of GTE.
The one-year agreement specifies 128-kbps ISDN
service and will support multiple and departmental
mailboxes.

Can you explain this?>>

Citi, is there also a September 1997 announcement? This contract was only for a year so it would appear to be expired by now. It's a bad sign if they didn't re-sign, IMO.
