You seem to have a rather pessimistic view of this co. I'm all for the authorization of more shares. I see it as part of their strategic plan and i am in favor of supporting their plans...If ya think this co. is gonna go south why invest in it?

I generally vote against such proposals because my interests are threatened, even though I am less important than a fly speck. I reason that I took the risk of buying this company a 70 or 80 cents a share and I am loathe to have some high roller benefit off of me. We have no chance of shooting down this proposal, but if we do nothing, they'll keep on rolling right over us.
