You will note that CPTAQ has NOT denied the mine or quarry as advertised by the GSLR Group. What they have done is given us the ability to work on the property, cut trees as needed, move topsoil as needed to collect the data we have needed since 2017 when this fiasco started.
So we are back to drilling to define pit walls and satisfy the needs for an FS for Min of Enviro.

GSLR can claim as many victories as they wish but ultimately you do not cut trees, and remove topsoil to continue to expand information on a mining property unless its NOT AGRICULTURAL land. If this was AG land, then CPTAQ would have ruled it as such, but they didn't did they?

So as I said, I see this as a win! We can finally finish up all the data needed for the FS!
